The Card Corner becomes We Love Balloons

We bought a humble corner card shop, little did we know the journey we were about to take
2016, My wife decided one day to purchase a little Greeting Card business in Wibsey, Bradford. We sold hundreds of greeting cards every week from a variety of suppliers from across the UK. Carte Blanche, Jonny Javelin, Cherry Orchard, Hallmark Cards, Words and Wishes etc... All really beautiful greeting cards, really great quality and a shop with a superb customer base.

2018 we started making our serious balloon creations to sit alongside our incredible selection of Greeting Cards (Both go hand in hand), decided we needed a change of business name. www.weloveballoons.co.uk was available for 99p and overnight we virtually rebranded the business. Bargain of the century.

2020 came along, as did our desire to expand into Halifax, Shop number two was opened and closed. We took over the shop on March the 1st and closed due to Covid a week before we were meant to open.

2020 sadly, Stacey, our founder also passed away

2022 - Here we are, we've risen from Covid, We've five / six staff, still sell thousands of Greeting Cards, Gifts and of course, Balloons every week and now have a very enviable client list of commercial customers for who we supply balloons for their events across the country.

We're very very proud of where we are. Yes, we've had huge upsets throughout our journey and I'm sure many more will follow BUT we've the best business anyone could wish to own, The very best staff and i wear the We Love Balloons logo upon my heart,
